This Emailsaler FAQ is an attempt at answering the most often asked questions and straightening out the most frequent misconceptions about Emailsaler. This is no substitute for the manuals, and indeed presupposes some familiarity with the program's regular documentation.
Q. Are your prices a one time cost?
A. Yes. Emailsaler bulk email software is a one-time purchase and lifetime access for a software license. There are no monthly or per-email costs involved. You can use it as long as you like to send as many messages as you want.
Q. How to use Gmail account in Emailsaler?
A. Now all third-party email clients can only log in to the Gmail account using the app password. You have to enable the 2-Step Verification of your Gmail account, and then create an application-specific password for Emailsaler. Please visit this webpage for the instructions. After you generate the app password, go to Emailsaler and replace your original Gmail password with the 16-character password.
Q. What can I do if my mail server has limits that don’t support the size of the mailing list?
A. If your email service provider limits the amount of email you can send each day, we recommend that you setup more than one email accounts from different email service providers(e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, GMX...). Generally speaking, the more email accounts you have setup, the more emails you can send in a short period of time.
Q. Where is my Emailsaler data stored?
A. The data of Emailsaler is always stored under the "My Documents\Emailsaler" folder. You can back up this folder to a different location if needed, and then you can copy the backup folder to the original location to recover your Emailsaler settings.
Q. Why Emailsaler suddenly stopped sending emails but the task status is still running?
A. Very likely, you have reached the daily sending limit. The limit is imposed by your email account settings in Emailsaler, you will generally have to wait 24 hours before you can send more email through that particular server.
Q. Will a recipient see other email addresses on my list?
A. No. Emailsaler will send a single message to each recipient in your Group, one at a time. The recipients can ever only see their own details and not any other recipient details in the Group you are sending to.
